Refund Policy

No refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because Invlyra delivers digital access immediately and continuously, we do not provide refunds for partial periods, unused time, or after a renewal has been charged.

How payments are handled

Payments are processed by our partners, Paystack and Flutterwave. Invlyra does not directly hold or collect your funds.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it reverts to the Free plan with no further charges. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again.

Downgrades

Your data is never deleted when you downgrade — it is retained and restored if you resubscribe.

Billing errors

Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes.
